Job Description

RN Unit Manager (Memory Support) - Rydal Park, Jenkintown Rydal Park, a premier Life Plan Community, is seeking a compassionate, highly motivated Unit Manager RN to lead our care team on our 25-bed Skilled Nursing - Memory Support Floor. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives in a collaborative environment, builds strong relationships with staff, and provides on-the-spot feedback to ensure high-quality resident care.

Schedule:

Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, typically on call every 5th weekend

Pay:

starting at $97,000.00 based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff, providing guidance and immediate feedback. Assess resident needs, promote independence, and facilitate person-centered care. Lead and promote the Immerse philosophy of human-centered care within Memory Support. Monitor staff performance, ensure timely completion of duties, and respond to emergencies. Administer medications, treatments, and direct nursing procedures accurately. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, physicians, and families to coordinate care plans. Maintain accurate documentation, ensure regulatory compliance, and uphold resident rights.

Qualifications & Skills:

Current RN license and relevant state certifications. Proven leadership experience in a high-volume healthcare setting. Strong interpersonal skills; ability to mentor staff and foster a collaborative culture. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in EHR and MS Office; PCC experience is a plus. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. What's in it for you?
