Job Duties:

Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts. Ensure residents receive safe, high-quality, person-centered care. Assess resident conditions and respond appropriately to changes in health status. Coordinate admissions, discharges, physician orders, and interdisciplinary care. Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policies. Provide coaching, education, and clinical guidance to LPNs, CNAs, and other team members. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, infection prevention standards, and company policies. Complete accurate clinical documentation and participate in quality improvement initiatives. Promote a positive, collaborative work environment focused on resident outcomes and employee engagement. Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing. Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred. Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities. CPR certification (or ability to obtain). #Sponsor123 Why Join WeCare?
