Part-time | Full-Time 8hrs | 12 hrs Aventura at Pembrooke is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our clinical leadership team. The RN Supervisor will provide hands-on nursing leadership, support quality resident care, and help ensure the nursing department operates safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable regulations. voluntary benefits Employee perks and appreciation events Supportive, team-oriented work environment Opportunities for professional growth and advancement What You'll Do Provide clinical supervision and leadership to nursing staff Oversee resident care to ensure quality, safety, and compliance Assist with coordinating daily nursing operations and assignments Monitor resident conditions and respond appropriately to changes in condition Support and guide RNs, LPNs, and nursing assistants Conduct rounds and ensure residents' needs are being addressed Review and follow up on physician orders, care plans, and clinical documentation Assist with medication management and treatment oversight Promote compliance with infection prevention and control procedures Address staffing and clinical concerns in a timely manner Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members Assist with investigations, incident reports, and follow-up as needed Support the Director of Nursing with departmental initiatives and regulatory compliance Serve as a nursing leader and resource for staff during assigned shifts What We're Looking For Active RN license in the applicable state Prior nursing experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF), long-term care (LTC), or rehabilitation setting Previous supervisory, charge nurse, or leadership experience Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills Knowledge of nursing practices, infection prevention, and regulatory requirements Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to lead, motivate, and support a nursing team Dependable, professional, and compassionate approach to resident care Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment Make a Difference at Aventura at Pembrooke As an RN Supervisor, you'll have the opportunity to lead by example, support your fellow healthcare professionals, and help ensure every resident receives the quality care they deserve.
