Caring for high-acuity, premature, and medically complex newborns, the NICU is integral to a robust Women's and Children's program and delivers specialized neonatal care, family education, and coordinated support throughout each infant's clinical journey.

Reporting to senior nursing leadership, the Assistant Nurse Director of the NICU will receive strong administrative and clinical support while overseeing daily operations, staff development, quality initiatives, regulatory readiness, patient safety, and performance improvement. This neonatal nursing leadership role collaborates with friendly, highly skilled nurses and a diverse interdisciplinary team of physicians, advanced practice providers, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.
