Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor to join our team at Chestnut Hill Lodge Health and Rehabilitation Center. As a Weekend Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of nursing professionals to provide high-quality care and support to our residents. Your expertise and leadership will enable us to maintain our commitment to providing a warm and welcoming environment where everyone feels valued and respected. Registered Nurse (RN)
Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a team of nursing professionals on weekends, ensuring that our residents receive exceptional care and support Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure that residents' needs are being met and that our services are effective Develop and maintain effective communication with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions and continuous care Monitor and manage the flow of patient care, ensuring that it is efficient and effective Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient care and outcomes Stay current with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance our care and services Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration Registered Nurse (RN)
Requirements:
Current RN licensure in the state of Pennsylvania Prior experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting Strong leadership and supervision skills, with the ability to motivate and empower team members Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Commitment to providing high-quality, person-centered care that respects the unique needs and characteristics of each resident
