The After-Hours Charge Nurse is responsible for coordinating the activities of the After-Hours staff to ensure proper care for patients.

Monday - Friday; 11:00am - 7:30pmOffice Location:

Remote Hope Hospice follows all CDPH vaccine requirements for healthcare personnel. Essential Duties & Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Under the direction of the After-Hours Manager, address problems associated with the delivery of clinical services. Ensure adequate daily staffing after-hours by interacting with staff and coordinating with the After-Hours Manager and administrative assistant. Conduct appropriate supervisory visits to allow for clinical observation of performance of assigned team members in accordance with organization policy, accreditation, and regulatory standards. Monitor compliance with agency policies and procedures related to clinical services. Assist After-Hours Manager in identifying needs for staff education and in the development and implementation of in-service programs for after-hours nursing staff.Education/Experience :
Bachelor's Science in Nursing from an accredited School of Nursing. Experience in hospice setting required .Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Current license as a registered professional nurse in the State of California. Public Health Nursing certification highly desirable.Pay Range:
