We're seeking a Registered Nurse to serve as Clinical Manager/Director of Nursing for a Home Health Agency (Anchor) providing skilled services. This is a foundational leadership role overseeing clinical operations as we move through state licensure and launch.What You'll Do:
Provide clinical supervision and oversight of field nursing staff Ensure clinical compliance with DHE regulations Support the agency through the state licensing survey process Coordinate patient care standards and clinical documentation Collaborate with the Administrator on agency operations and quality standardsMinimum Requirements:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas At least 2 years of nursing experiencePreferred Qualifications:
