We are seeking a dedicated, caring Registered Nurse Supervisor for our Home Care Program to be responsible for providing clinical oversight of HC Nursing Services activities. What you'll do: Assign, review, evaluate and approve the work of assigned staff Monitor compliance with EOEA, MassHealth, OCES and other funding source regulations and program standards Participate in intra/interdisciplinary review of cases Participate in the development and presentation of training programs Provide in-house consultation and on-going education to OCES staff on health programs, service and issues related to consumers Providing initial clinical training to newly hired HC RN staff and provide follow-up training as needed What you'll bring: Your passion for helping others and desire to make a difference Strong analytical and problem- solving skills Strong supervisory and leadership skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent interpersonal skills and conflict resolution skills Excellent written and verbal skills. Excellent computer skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Bachelor's degree in nursing, Social Services or related field, master's preferred Current RN License (required) Three years' health related clinical, supervisory, and/or administrative experience required.
