Conduct quality improvement initiatives by reviewing documentation for accuracy, overseeing regulatory compliance efforts, and implementing best practices in healthcare management. Advocate for residents' rights by ensuring respectful treatment, promoting independence, and supporting community integration efforts within assisted living or home health settings. Experience Proven experience in critical care settings such as hospital or acute care environments; familiarity with perioperative care and surgical nursing is highly valued. Demonstrated background in assisted living facilities or home health agencies with hands-on experience managing patient care across diverse settings including hospice care and home health services. Strong supervisory skills with previous team management or nurse management roles; capable of leading multidisciplinary teams effectively. Knowledge of health regulation policies including HIPAA, state healthcare regulations, Medicare requirements, and quality improvement standards. Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems for documentation review and medical records management; excellent managerial communication skills are essential. Experience in managing regulatory compliance initiatives while overseeing budget responsibilities within healthcare organizations. Familiarity with medical terminology, physiology, anatomy, and case management principles to support accurate patient monitoring and care planning.
