Job Description

Nursing leaders are encouraged to consider a full-time Quality Manager position with Liberty Healthcare. This is a key management role with new statewide initiative to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of a largescale critical incident, grievance and complaint management system for Home and Community-Based Services provided to older adults, vulnerable individuals, and people living with disabilities. Program elements will include Partnering with state agency teams Creating an ideal experience for individuals who report complaints and grievances Reviewing, triaging, processing reported incidents on a timely basis Ensuring a high degree of consistency and quality of reviews Data analysis and reporting Providing technical assistance to HCBS providers Preparing for future initiatives Responsibilities Hiring, training and supervising a team of 10 human services professionals Quality oversight of incident management, grievance review and complaint resolution activities Ensuring the efficient and effective processing of a high volume of cases Providing clinical leadership Consulting on complex cases Data analysis and reporting Supporting the program's Director with various leadership activities Leading with a focus on the best interests of the people we serve Schedule You will work primarily Monday through Friday during daytime hours. This is a remote position which will allow you to work from your home and will occasionally require you to travel throughout Maine.
