Health Care Practitioner Supervisor in New Jersey Comfort Care is seeking a licensed Health Care Practitioner Supervisor (also known as Nursing Supervisor / Director of Nursing) to provide clinical oversight for our New Jersey home health operations. This is a critical leadership role required for our state licensing and ongoing compliance.

What You'll Do:

Conduct required in-person, on-site in-home evaluations of patient plans of care every 60 days Conduct premises inspections per NJ Division of Consumer Affairs requirements Provide clinical supervision and delegation oversight for care staff Ensure compliance with New Jersey nursing and public health regulations Participate in initial and ongoing clinical competency evaluations Support state licensing and regulatory processes

What You Need:

Active NJ licensure in good standing: NJ Licensed Physician (MD/DO) OR NJ Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) Active NJ Board Licensure Verification (NCLEX-RN or Medical Board Examination passing) Successful completion of Criminal History Background Check (CHBC) If RN with

BSN:

minimum 2 years combined public health nursing and progressive professional experience If RN without BSN (Diploma/ADN): minimum 3 years combined public health nursing and progressive professional experience Must be based in New Jersey (in-person/on-site role — not remote)
