What you'll do: Ensure Scripps patients and their families have an exceptional health care experience. Provides direct patient care within the scope of practice. Patient care includes compliance with patient assessments and care tasks, triaging, completion of clinical procedures, emergency protocols and medication administration. Works collaboratively with the other members of the patient care team to ensure optimal patient care. Provides operations management support to department leadership, including timekeeping and quality control/reporting. Contributes to performance evaluations and hiring decisions.
