Weekend RN Baylor Supervisor 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Pawtucket Falls is seeking an experienced and motivated RN Weekend Baylor Supervisor to oversee nursing operations during weekend shifts. This role is ideal for a strong clinical leader who thrives in a supervisory capacity while maintaining a consistent weekend schedule. Qualifications:

Active Rhode Island RN license (required) Long-term care or skilled nursing supervisory experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills Ability to manage staffing and handle urgent situations independently

Responsibilities:

Supervise nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs) during weekend shifts Ensure high-quality resident care and compliance with all regulations Conduct rounds and address clinical or staffing issues as they arise Communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members Review documentation and ensure accuracy and timeliness Serve as the on-site nursing leader during assigned shifts
