Receiving, processing and assigning the appropriate staff for all patient referrals. Verifying reimbursement source prior to rendering service. Preparing monthly schedules for patient care staff under the direct supervision of the clinical manager. Distributing prepared schedules to appropriate staff. Receiving and verifying weekly schedules against the monthly schedule for accuracy. Reviewing schedules on a daily basis. Rescheduling any missed visits Preparing weekend schedules. Maintaining weekly discharges and/or recertification dates in schedule book. Preparing daily census and weekly visit count productivity report for administration. Keeping an accurate record of supervisory HHA visits. Reviewing mileage sheets and itineraries for accuracy. Distributing clinical reports to patient care staff as required. Receiving lab reports. Assisting with supplementary staffing of patients as required. Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's degree from an accredited school of nursing preferred. Minimum of two years clinical nursing experience required. Minimum of one year supervisory experience in a medicare certified Hospice setting Licensed RN in the state of SC Valid driver's license.
