Registered Nurse RN Clinical Manager - Private Duty Home Care Full-Time | Clinical Leadership | Private Duty Home Care Make a Difference. Lead a Team. Elevate the Standard of Care. Are you an experienced RN who loves nursing but is ready to take the next step into leadership? BrightStar Care is seeking a compassionate, organized, and clinically strong RN Clinical Manager to join our growing private-duty home care team. This is an opportunity for an RN who wants to combine clinical expertise, leadership, client relationships, caregiver development, quality oversight, and care coordination . The RN Clinical Manager is a key member of our leadership team and plays an important role in ensuring that every client receives safe, compassionate, reliable, and high-quality care . Registered Nurse RN Clinical Manager Responsibilities Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, supervisory visits, and quality assurance visits. Develop and update individualized Plans of Care. Monitor client conditions and coordinate appropriate clinical follow-up. Provide clinical leadership and support to RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and caregivers. Conduct caregiver competency evaluations and client-specific training. Review clinical documentation and perform chart audits. Assist with incident investigations, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance. Partner with the Scheduler to ensure appropriate clinical staffing and caregiver-client matching. Support field staff with clinical questions and concerns. Communicate with clients, families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals. Participate in resolving client concerns and service issues. Help identify and address client-retention concerns through exceptional care and communication. Registered Nurse RN Clinical Manager Qualifications Current, unrestricted RN license. Minimum 2 years of nursing experience preferred. Current CPR/BLS certification. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions. Strong computer and electronic documentation skills.
