Resident Care Manager, LPN Full Time-7am to 3pm Bishop Gadsden is the premier senior living community in the Southeast, known for providing exceptional healthcare services and resident-centered care. We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Resident Care Manager to provide leadership, clinical oversight, and team development within our Myers Hall Assisted Living community. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced LPN who is passionate about leading care teams, coaching staff, and ensuring the highest standards of resident care and regulatory compliance.
What You Can Expect:
As the LPN Clinical Supervisor, you will serve as a key leader for our nursing and direct care teams by: Provide daily leadership, guidance, and support to nursing and direct care staff. Foster a positive, accountable, and high-performing team culture. Assist with hiring, onboarding, staff evaluations, coaching, and corrective action. Lead staff education, training initiatives, and competency development. Conduct resident rounds and oversee quality clinical care delivery. Coordinate admissions, transfers, assessments, and care planning activities. Partner with physicians, hospice providers, home health agencies, and families to support resident needs. Ensure timely and accurate clinical documentation and physician order management. Oversee medication management processes and regulatory compliance. Facilitate care plan meetings and maintain person-centered care plans. Monitor quality assurance initiatives, clinical audits, and performance improvement activities. Respond to resident, family, and team concerns with professionalism and urgency.
Requirements What We Need In A Candidate:
Current South Carolina LPN license in good standing. Minimum one year of long-term care, assisted living, or senior care experience. Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and team development skills. Strong clinical judgment and organizational abilities. Experience working with electronic medical records (EMR). Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Passion for delivering exceptional resident-centered care.
