Ideal Candidate:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience in senior living Current LPN or RN license, as required by state regulations CPR and First Aid certification 3+ years of experience in a Director of Nursing or similar senior living leadership role Strong clinical leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee resident care, wellness, and clinical services Lead and support clinical departments and staff Manage assessments, care planning, and quality improvement initiatives Oversee infection prevention, safety, emergency preparedness, and regulatory compliance Participate in surveys and inspections Develop staffing plans and departmental budgets Recruit, train, coach, and supervise clinical team members Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations
