  • 150,000+ GameDay Men's Health Mount Pleasant is hiring an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to lead our men's health and performance clinic.
We treat testosterone deficiency, peptide therapy, medically supervised weight loss, and erectile dysfunction for a healthy, active adult male patient population. This is a clinical leadership role, not a shift based position. You will run the clinical side of the practice under physician approved protocols and ongoing Medical Director oversight, with real autonomy in how you manage your patients day to day. Our clinic operates on a 28 hour week, with no weekends and a half day on Fridays, and most team members average around 30 hours, giving you a genuine work life balance that's rare in clinical practice. What You'll Do Evaluate patients for testosterone deficiency and initiate TRT using established protocols Manage ongoing TRT patients: follow up visits, lab review, and dose adjustments Interpret labs (PSA, hematocrit/hemoglobin, and related markers) and make treatment decisions within clinical guidelines Prescribe and manage peptide therapy within defined protocols Guide patients through medically supervised weight management Evaluate and manage ED treatments, including GAINSWave, P Shot, and Trimix Perform or assist with blood draws and in office lab procedures Lead clinical staff and build long term relationships with patients Partner with the General Manager to improve retention, outcomes, and clinic performance What You Need Active South Carolina NP or PA license, in good standing Active DEA registration and South Carolina Controlled Substance Registration Hands on experience managing testosterone replacement therapy in adult male patients Willingness to perform in office blood draws / venipuncture Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Preferred, Not Required Nurse Practitioner license 2+ years of clinical experience Background in men's health, urology, internal medicine, urgent care, functional medicine, or performance medicine Phlebotomy experience Experience with peptide therapy, weight management medications, or ED treatments Prior leadership or private practice experience Compensation and Benefits $65
  • 75/hour base pay, on a 28 hour clinic week (no weekends, half day Fridays, most team members average around 30 hours) Monthly bonus tied to the clinic's gross collected revenue Annual bonus opportunity Target total compensation of $135,000
