Managing daily clinical operations to ensure safe, high-quality resident care. Conducting resident assessments and ensuring individualized care plans are implemented and updated. Monitoring resident outcomes and collaborating with physicians, therapy, pharmacy, and interdisciplinary team members. Coaching, mentoring, and developing nursing staff while promoting accountability and professional growth. Ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations. Assisting with staffing, scheduling, and daily workflow to maintain appropriate resident care coverage. Participating in admissions, care conferences, discharge planning, and quality improvement initiatives. Monitoring infection prevention, medication management, and clinical best practices. Serving as a resource for residents, families, physicians, and staff while promoting excellent customer service. Supporting survey readiness and maintaining compliance with CMS, state, and company standards. What We're Looking For Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of South Carolina (Required). Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in skilled nursing or long-term care. Previous supervisory, charge nurse, or nurse management experience preferred. Strong knowledge of nursing practices, care planning, Medicare regulations, and long-term care standards. Experience with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR). Excellent leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills. Ability to coach, develop, and motivate a high-performing nursing team. Compassionate, resident-centered approach with strong organizational skills. Reliable attendance and commitment to clinical excellence. Hiring Requirements Current South Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) License. Ability to pass a background check. Ability to pass a drug screening.
