You will lead nursing staff, coordinate care, and serve as a key resource for residents, families, and team members. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support nursing staff (CNAs & LPNs) on assigned unit Ensure delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care Coordinate care planning, admissions, and discharges Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and care team Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation Ensure adherence to state, federal, and facility regulations Serve as a leader and mentor, promoting teamwork and accountability Assist with coverage for call-outs as needed Qualifications Active, unencumbered LPN license in South Carolina (required) Prior nursing experience required (not open to new graduates) Current CPR certification required Must maintain all required continuing education and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Compassionate and team-oriented mindset We are an equal opportunity employer.
