Job Description
In keeping with our organization's goal of improving the lives of the Guests we serve, the RN or LPN Unit Manager plays a critical role in providing superior customer service and nursing services to all Guests on the assigned unit as well as in the facility as a whole. The Unit Manager assists the Director of Nursing (D.O.N) in the planning, development and overall operation of the assigned unit, which ensures Guests receive quality care 24 hours a day. Assists with staffing to ensure Guest needs and regulatory requirements are met at all times. Responsible to ensure adequate staffing on the assigned unit at all times including but not limited to filling in as a floor Nurse and coordinating floor Nurse and C.N.A. breaks. #IND123
