Supports shared leadership, fosters team development, and participates in organizational improvement initiatives. May function as a staff RN in their absence to support patient care. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (Master's preferred), RN licensure, valid certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP), with supervisory experience preferred. The position is based at Johnson City Medical Center, with a day shift and no travel required.
