NHC HealthCare Dickson | Dickson, Tennessee Employment Type Full Time Schedule Negotiable Pay Depends on Experience Sign-On Bonus $10,000 NHC HealthCare Dickson is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to serve as a Unit Manager . This role provides clinical leadership for an assigned nursing unit, supports nursing partners, and helps ensure high-quality, coordinated care for patients and residents. Provide day-to-day clinical leadership and oversight for the assigned unit. Support implementation and monitoring of individualized plans of care. Review changes in condition and help ensure timely clinical follow-up. Coach, support, and provide direction to nursing partners on the unit. Monitor documentation, medication and treatment practices, and compliance with nursing standards. Collaborate with physicians, nursing leadership, interdisciplinary team members, patients, residents, and families. Support staffing, workflow, quality improvement, infection-prevention, and survey readiness activities. Promote a culture of compassionate care, teamwork, accountability, and professionalism. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Previous long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or nursing leadership experience is preferred. Strong clinical, leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Current Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Tennessee , or a current multistate/compact license that permits practice in Tennessee. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Previous long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or nursing leadership experience is preferred. Strong clinical, leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Eligible hires may qualify for a $10,000 sign-on bonus .
