Responsibilities Coordinate daily clinical operations on the unit to ensure safe, high-quality patient care. Supervise and mentor nursing staff, supporting professional development and adherence to standards. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams on care plans and patient flow. Monitor patient outcomes, implement quality and safety initiatives, and support best practices. Assist with staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to optimize unit efficiency. Provide direct patient care as needed, including assessment, treatment, and education. Ensure accurate documentation within the EHR and compliance with regulatory requirements.
