Responsibilities Manage the nursing staff and daily operations of the medical-surgical unit. Develop and implement policies and procedures that ensure high-quality patient care. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to maintain operational effectiveness and meet healthcare outcomes. Manage budgeting and resource allocation for the department.
