The RN - Clinical Coordinator is responsible to assist the Clinical Leader and Director with the delivery of quality nursing services. The Coordinator shall develop, revise, and compliance with policies and procedures. The Coordinator shall participate in performance improvement activities. This individual shall perform timely performance evaluations of all personnel at least annually. Additionally, the Coordinator will assist with education and orientation of new employees. The Coordinator shallassist in providing guidance to nursing staff to assure that they practice within established guidelines and standards. The Coordinator is responsible for additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Associate's degree from an accredited Nursing program, Bachelor's or Master's preferred. Minimum two years experience in a hospital setting, preferred. Experience in their specialty area required. Proficient in computer skills.
Licenses and Certifications:
Valid and active RN licensure in appropriate state BLS required
