Utilizes advanced nursing and management knowledge to enhance clinical practice, improve performance, and promote cost-effective care. Supports shared leadership, fosters team innovation, and participates in organizational improvement initiatives. May serve as a staff RN in the absence of an RN. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (Master's preferred), RN licensure, clinical and supervisory experience, and relevant certifications. Work is primarily day shifts with no travel required at Johnson City Medical Center.
