BSA Hospital is a 445-bed hospital serving the Amarillo area for over 120 years and continues to be Amarillo's preferred healthcare provider. At BSA, the focus is to provide quality healthcare in Christian love, service and dignity.
Responsibilities:
The RN House Supervisor provides administrative and clinical leadership during assigned shifts and serves as the senior nursing leader in the facility when executive leadership is not present. The House Supervisor oversees hospital operations, patient flow, staffing coordination, regulatory compliance, patient care standards, and emergency response activities to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care.
Qualifications:
Job Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Texas. Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of acute-care nursing experience. Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 90 days of hire. BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
Preferred Job Requirements:
One to three years of nursing leadership
