Pay:

Conduct resident rounds daily, reporting problems to supervisor and initiating corrective action. Administer and document direct resident care, medications and treatments per physicians' orders and accurately record all care provided. Write detailed reports, maintaining precise charting, recording medications, observing symptoms, and taking vital signs.

Qualifications San Antonio, TX:

Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in good standing and currently licensed by the State of Texas. Minimum 1 year experience as an LVN in a clinical setting preferred. Electronic Medical Record Experience required, PCC preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills. Reliable transportation.
