Job Summary and Responsibilities As a House Supervisor, you will be a central orchestrator of care, empowering our frontline nursing teams to deliver exceptional patient experiences and drive operational excellence.

Support the philosophy, objectives and goals of the Department(s) and assesses areas of personal and professional growth. Conducts all aspects of supervision in a firm, fair, and consistent manner. Makes frequent rounds to monitor and ensure delivery of safe and quality care in all nursing units. Demonstrates an ability to identify and resolve problems, uses initiative and good judgment to reach quality decisions.
