- LVN or RN In this role, you will:
Direct Care Teams:
Provide guidance to Nurse Aides to ensure appropriate care for residents.Administer Medications:
Properly and safely administer resident medications as prescribed.Implement Care Plans:
Execute resident care plans in compliance with company policies, federal guidelines, and physician orders.Perform Treatments:
Deliver treatments as required to ensure resident health and comfort.Transcribe Orders:
Accurately and promptly transcribe physician orders.Document Resident Care:
Maintain timely and accurate documentation in resident charts and complete required nursing assessments.Collaborate During Shift Reports:
Participate in shift reports to ensure seamless communication and care continuity.Educate Support Staff:
Implement nursing policies and procedures, educating staff on the care needs of residents.Maintain Safety Standards:
Promote a safe working environment by complying with infection control and body mechanic procedures.Address Staffing Needs:
Respond to staffing shortages by arranging for replacement staff as necessary.
