Apply Overview Job Shift Any Apply Description Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care and oversee the nursing staff
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
  • Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and standards
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
Qualifications Qualifications:
  • Valid nursing license (RN or LPN)
  • Proven experience as a Charge Nurse or in a similar leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and patient care principles
  • Proficiency in case management and medical office procedures
  • Experience with vital signs monitoring, cardiac catheterization, sterile processing, and administering injections
  • Familiarity with tube feeding, gastric lavage, and coding practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment
