Role Overview:

The Supervisor Registered Nurse Clinic oversees daily clinic operations, ensuring high-quality, cost-effective patient care while supervising nursing staff. They support process improvements, manage resources, and ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations. The role involves team leadership, staff development, and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain efficient clinic workflows and monitor patient outcomes. Supervise nursing staff through coaching, performance evaluations, and resolving issues. Manage staffing, supplies, budgets, and equipment maintenance. Implement quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with healthcare laws and policies. Enhance patient satisfaction and promote workplace safety. Communicate effectively and uphold confidentiality and ethical standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

BSN preferred with 4-6 years clinical experience and 2 years in leadership. RN license and BLS certification required. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. This full-time position operates Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM, emphasizing leadership, operational excellence, and quality patient care.
