The job focuses on hands-on clinical duties, working directly alongside nursing assistants and attending physicians to maintain care plans. You will spend your shift actively working on the floor and handling routine charting requirements. Responsibilities Pass medications and process physician orders during floor rounds. Conduct routine physical assessments and document resident conditions in PointClickCare. Complete dressing changes, manage treatments, and follow established care protocols. Direct floor nursing assistants on resident care needs and daily duties. Manage shift updates and report resident status changes to attending doctors.
