Job Description
Lexington Medical Lodge is hiring a full-time PM Charge Nurse to oversee evening shift clinical operations on the floor. You will manage floor medication passes and supervise nursing assistants during evening resident routines. Key Responsibilities Manage shift medication passes and routine treatment schedules. Supervise floor CNAs to ensure resident care plans are followed. Conduct clinical assessments and document resident condition updates. Communicate resident status changes to physicians and family members. Lead shift handoffs and maintain floor documentation standards.
