Our floor moves between long-term care routines and short-term rehabilitation handoffs. Charge nurses manage medication passes and chart resident status updates while directing floor CNAs. Support from facility leadership is available directly on floor corridors.

Compensation, Schedule & Benefits Pay Rate:

Starting at $30/hr for LVNs and $35/hr for RNs, scaling upward with experience

Schedule:

12-Hour Shifts (6am-6pm Day Shift or 6pm-6am Night Shift) with rotating weekends

Complete clinical assessments and document shift notes in PointClickCare. Coordinate directly with floor nursing assistants on resident care plans.
