Role:
As a Nurse at Avir at Greenville, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care of our residents You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each resident You will be responsible for administering medications, performing treatments, and providing education and support to residents and their families You will also be expected to maintain accurate and thorough records of resident care, as well as participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve care outcomes
