As a Weekend RN Supervisor , you will be responsible for overseeing the weekend shift of our nursing team, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and service. As a Weekend RN Supervisor , you will supervise a team of nurses , coordinate patient care , and maintain a safe and efficient work environment . Responsibilities:

Supervise a team of nurses on the weekend shift, providing guidance and support as needed Coordinate patient care to ensure that patients receive the highest level of service and care Maintain a safe and efficient work environment by monitoring and addressing any potential hazards or issues Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve nursing practices and patient outcomes Participate in Quality Improvement initiatives to ensure that our care meets the highest standards Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination

Requirements:

Current RN license in the state of Texas Minimum 1 year of experience as an RN (preferably in a similar setting) Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Compassion and empathy for patients and their families
