The Clinical Manager will be responsible for delivering basic medical care, conducting health screenings, supporting workplace health and safety initiatives, and maintaining confidential employee health records. Key Responsibilities

• Provide basic medical care and onsite health services to employees.
• Perform health screenings, including vision screening and other routine medical assessments .
• Provide first aid and emergency care as needed and coordinate appropriate medical referrals.
• Assess workplace conditions and factors that may contribute to employee illness or injury.
• Develop and support employee wellness, disease prevention, and accident prevention programs .
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee health records and medical documentation.
• Support the administration and documentation of medical leave and related employee health information.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with applicable privacy and healthcare requirements.
• Communicate effectively with employees, management, and other healthcare professionals.
• Utilize Microsoft Office applications for documentation, communication, reporting, and program management. Required Qualifications
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license .
• Minimum 2 years of Registered Nurse experience .
• Minimum 1 year of Occupational Health experience .
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. Required Technical Skills
