We are seeking a nursing professional who can serve as the clinical voice of the product and work closely with our software engineering, product, implementation, compliance, management, and customer teams. Position Summary M Systems is seeking a Clinical Product & Compliance Manager to provide clinical domain expertise for our healthcare software products. Registered Nurse (RN) preferred; qualified nursing students will also be considered. We welcome candidates who are actively pursuing an ADN, BSN, or equivalent nursing qualification and who have strong clinical knowledge, technical aptitude, attention to detail, and an interest in healthcare technology. The successful candidate will help ensure that M Systems' EHR and clinical applications accurately support real-world hospital workflows and meet applicable healthcare regulatory, compliance, usability, and product-quality expectations. Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Product Management Serve as an internal clinical subject-matter resource for M Systems' EHR and healthcare applications. Review product functionality from the perspective of nurses, physicians, and other hospital users. Help engineering and product teams understand real-world clinical workflows and identify gaps between software functionality and actual clinical practice. Provide clinical input for new product features and product improvements. Participate in product planning and prioritization discussions. Translate clinical needs into clear software requirements, workflows, and acceptance criteria. Evaluate whether proposed product functionality is clinically practical, safe, and easy for hospital staff to use. Clinical Workflow Expertise Provide domain expertise for workflows such as: Patient registration Admission Transfer Discharge Nursing assessment Vital signs Clinical documentation Nursing notes Physician notes Medication workflows Medication administration Physician orders Nursing orders Allergies Problem lists Patient history Care plans Laboratory results Diagnostic results Clinical alerts Behavioral health workflows Operating room workflows Emergency department workflows Clinical handoffs Patient discharge instructions Follow-up care Patient-safety workflows Work with customers and internal teams to understand variations in workflow between different hospitals and care environments. Product Testing & Clinical Validation Develop and execute realistic clinical test scenarios for M Systems applications. Test software using patient-care scenarios similar to those encountered in hospitals.

Perform:

Document software defects, workflow issues, usability problems, and clinical concerns. Work directly with software engineers to reproduce problems. Develop regression test suites for critical clinical functions. Clinical Quality Assurance Help establish a structured clinical quality assurance process for M Systems products. Create repeatable testing procedures for clinical modules.

Customer & Hospital Engagement Participate in discussions with: Nurses Physicians Clinical managers Hospital administrators IT staff Billing staff Hospital executives Conduct or participate in clinical workflow discovery sessions with customers. Understand how hospitals currently perform clinical processes and determine how those processes should be supported within M Systems products. Gather structured feedback from hospital users. Translate customer feedback into actionable product requirements. Support hospital implementations and go-live activities when needed. Product Demonstrations Support clinical product demonstrations for prospective and existing customers. Demonstrate clinical workflows in a realistic hospital context. Explain how M Systems functionality supports nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals. Help sales and management teams answer clinically oriented product questions. Create demonstration scenarios using realistic patient workflows. Clinical Training Develop training materials for healthcare professionals.
