As Charge Nurse, you manage hall workflows and oversee medication passes alongside floor nursing assistants. Facility leadership stays accessible throughout the shift to assist with admissions and heavy floor tasks. Responsibilities Administer scheduled medications and execute ordered treatments across assigned halls Direct floor CNAs by assigning resident coverage and verifying completed care rounds Transcribe new physician orders and coordinate required pharmacy deliveries Conduct resident clinical assessments and log shift updates in PointClickCare Lead structured shift handoff reports to pass critical updates to incoming nurses Process new admissions by completing initial intake assessments and order entries Notify attending physicians and primary family contacts regarding resident condition changes

Starting at 30-35/hr, scaling upward with experience

12-Hour Shifts (every other weekend off)
