Nurses in this position handle scheduled medication passes and execute physician treatment orders. You will work directly alongside unit floor aides to maintain steady care routines and complete health documentation. Responsibilities Administer ordered medications and treatments according to physician directives. Conduct resident health assessments and document condition changes in the EMR. Direct floor CNAs during shift assignments to keep resident care on schedule. Communicate care updates directly to attending physicians and family members. Perform routine wound management and assist with resident admissions or discharges.

Compensation, Schedule & Benefits Pay Rate:

Starting at 30-35/hr, scaling upward with experience

Schedule:

12-Hour Shifts (6am - 6pm or 6pm - 6am)
