As a Weekend RN Supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing nursing operations during weekend shifts, ensuring and providing quality resident care, compliance with regulatory standards, and providing leadership to staff.

Responsibilities:

Oversee nursing operations during weekend shifts, ensuring quality resident care and compliance with regulatory standards Provide leadership to staff, fostering a positive and supportive work environment Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans Ensure accurate and timely documentation of resident care and services Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve resident outcomes and satisfaction
