Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic Charge Nurse to lead and coordinate nursing care within our beautiful facility. This pivotal role involves overseeing patient care delivery, supervising nursing staff, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and regulations. The Charge Nurse acts as a clinical leader, fostering a collaborative environment that prioritizes exceptional patient outcomes, safety, and quality of care. Ideal candidates will bring a proactive approach, strong clinical expertise, and excellent communication skills to motivate and support their team while maintaining high standards of patient care. Duties Provide direct supervision of nursing staff during shifts, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to care protocols. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and medical history reviews. Coordinate patient care plans in collaboration with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals. Administer medications, IV infusions, injections, and perform catheterizations following strict aseptic techniques. Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems Facilitate effective communication with patients' families and caregivers regarding treatment plans and progress. Ensure the proper use of medical equipment such as IV pumps, medical imaging devices, and sterile processing tools. Experience managing patients with complex needs such as infectious diseases, acute pain conditions, or those requiring ventilator support.
Pay:
$26.00 - $30.00 per hour
