RN - Weekend Supervisor (Part-Time)

$36-$40/hour We're hiring an RN to provide weekend supervision and support the clinical team. This role is focused on keeping things consistent across the weekend. You'll be supporting nursing staff, addressing issues as they come up, and helping make sure care stays on track from shift to shift. What this role looks like Supporting nursing staff across weekend shifts Being available for clinical questions and guidance Communicating changes in resident condition Assisting with admissions, discharges, and transitions in care Keeping documentation and follow-through on track How this supports the team and residents Staff have a clear point of contact when issues come up Faster response to changes in resident condition More consistency in care across the weekend Better communication between shifts and leadership What you'll be responsible for Providing clinical oversight during weekend shifts Supporting staff with decision-making and problem solving Addressing concerns from staff, residents, and families Ensuring care is being carried out appropriately Communicating updates to leadership as needed What we are looking for Active RN license in Texas Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred Strong clinical judgment and leadership presence Ability to stay organized and respond to issues as they come up If you're looking for a role where you can support the team, keep things running smoothly, and be a steady presence over the weekend, we would love to connect!
