Nurses at Princeton Medical Lodge oversee daily resident care and administer prescribed medications. You will perform physical assessments and document changes in resident conditions. The position involves coordinating shift tasks with CNAs while consulting with attending physicians. Responsibilities Administer medications and perform clinical treatments according to physician orders. Conduct physical nursing assessments and update resident charts in PointClickCare. Communicate resident status changes to physicians and family members. Direct shift workflow and assist CNAs with resident care tasks on the floor. Receive physician orders, transcribe care instructions, and manage shift handoffs.

Compensation, Schedule & Benefits Pay Rate:

Starting at $30/hour for LVNs and $35/hr for RNs, scaling upward with experience

Schedule:

12-hour shifts (6am-6pm) on a rotating schedule
