Overview Lake Ray Hubbard Pediatrics is seeking an experienced, motivated Clinical Nurse Manager to lead our clinical team and help ensure exceptional, efficient, and compassionate care for our pediatric patients and families. The Clinical Nurse Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of our clinical staff, including nurses and medical assistants, while working closely with providers, office leadership, and other departments. We are looking for someone who is a strong leader, communicates well, holds their team accountable, and is willing to jump in and help when needed. Responsibilities Provide leadership, supervision, and support to nurses and medical assistants Oversee daily clinical workflow and staffing to ensure efficient patient care Train, coach, and evaluate clinical team members Establish clear expectations and hold staff accountable for performance and clinical standards Assist with onboarding and training new clinical employees Ensure clinical policies, procedures, and protocols are followed consistently Monitor vaccine management, medication administration, lab procedures, and clinical documentation Ensure proper infection-control and patient-safety practices Coordinate with providers and leadership to identify and resolve workflow concerns Assist with employee scheduling and coverage Address patient-care concerns and help support excellent patient and family experiences Participate in leadership meetings and help implement practice-wide initiatives Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and applicable healthcare regulations Provide hands-on clinical support when staffing or patient volume requires it Help foster a positive, professional, team-oriented workplace culture Qualifications Current RN license in good standing Previous pediatric or outpatient clinical experience strongly preferred Previous supervisory, lead, or management experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced pediatric practice Strong understanding of clinical workflows, patient safety, and infection control Comfortable providing feedback, coaching employees, and addressing performance concerns Dependable, professional, and team-focused Experience with electronic medical records preferred Join us as a Clinical Nurse Manager where your expertise will directly influence patient well-being while leading a dedicated team of healthcare professionals in a vibrant environment committed to excellence!
