Job Summary:

The OR Nurse Manager oversees daily OR operations, staff development, quality improvement, and resource management while promoting teamwork, safe patient care, and high nursing standards. Provides clinical support as needed.

Key Responsibility:

Lead and support OR nursing staff. Promote teamwork, communication, and a healthy work environment. Ensure quality, safety, and evidence-based care. Mentor staff and maintain competency standards. Communicate policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Monitor performance and implement quality improvements. Address staff concerns and resolve conflicts. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams. Manage staffing, resources, and departmental operations. Support hiring and performance management. Ensure regulatory and patient-care compliance. Manage scheduling, payroll, documentation, and Microsoft Office systems.

Requirements:

BSN & BLS
