We are seeking an Operating Room Nurse Manager (RN) to provide clinical and operational leadership within a perioperative environment. This position is ideal for an experienced OR nurse leader with a strong background in surgical services, staff development, quality improvement, and day-to-day department operations.

Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and oversight for Operating Room nursing staff and departmental operations Support a collaborative, professional, and high-performing clinical environment Coach, mentor, and develop nursing staff while ensuring continued clinical competency Oversee quality, patient safety, performance improvement, and evidence-based nursing practices Collaborate with physicians, nursing leadership, and other healthcare professionals to support positive patient outcomes Assist with staffing, resource allocation, departmental priorities, and operational decision-making Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and standards of nursing practice Lead and support quality and process improvement initiatives within the Operating Room Facilitate staff education, professional development, and succession planning Provide clinical nursing support as needed

Qualifications:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license BSN required Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association 4+ years of nursing experience 3+ years of perioperative/Operating Room experience Previous leadership experience within an Operating Room or surgical services environment Experience with Operating Rooms performing Orthopedic, Robotic, and Endoscopy procedures Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and team development skills
