This is more than an Assistant Clinical Director position—it's an opportunity to help grow our services, develop our clinical team, and build relationships throughout the Vernal and Uintah Basin communities. What You'll Do Support clinical operations and patient care for Home Health & Hospice . Lead, mentor, and develop clinical staff. Support quality, compliance, patient outcomes, and satisfaction. Build relationships with physicians, referral partners, patients, and families. Help grow our Vernal Home Health & Hospice services. Partner with the Clinical Director to build a strong, accountable, people-first team. What We're Looking For Active Utah RN license. Home Health, Hospice, or clinical leadership experience preferred. Strong OASIS knowledge and clinical documentation skills . Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills. Someone who is ready to grow, lead, and make a difference. Qualifications Qualifications Active Utah Registered Nurse (RN) license required. 3-5 years of healthcare, home health, or hospice experience preferred. 2+ years of supervisory or clinical leadership experience preferred. Strong knowledge of Home Health & Hospice practices, clinical operations, and patient-centered care . Ability to lead, supervise, coach, and develop clinical staff while promoting Accountability, Commitment, and Trust . Strong clinical judgment with the ability to make sound, independent decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with patients, families, physicians, referral partners, and team members. Ability to collaborate with and gain the cooperation of others to support organizational and patient-care goals. Ability to participate in employee evaluations, onboarding, probationary-period monitoring, and performance development in accordance with agency policies. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, high-stress healthcare environment .
